Energy
Wake up without a second coffee: Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, breath holds.
Breathwork app · Live since May 2026
Energy, calm or focus in 5–25 minutes. Guided sessions built on ancient yoga techniques.
Works on iPhone, Android and desktop. First sessions are free.

How it works
Choose how you want to feel and get a session that takes you there, with a clear start and finish.
Wake up without a second coffee: Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, breath holds.
Wind down after a hard day with slow sessions and alternate-nostril breathing.
Box breathing before a task, a pitch or a hard conversation. Right at your desk.
Longer, immersive sessions for when you have time to go deeper.
Inside the app
This is a first experience, not “the best routine”. In 15 minutes you feel in your own body that breathing changes your state. No need to take anyone’s word for it.
A short Kapalabhati block, a simple breath hold and relaxation at the end.
In the morning after waking up, before coffee.
Each session says why, what’s inside and when to use it.
Box and alternate-nostril breathing with an adjustable timer.
Milestones at 7, 30 and 100 days.
Sign-in is available in English. The rest of the app and the course are in Russian for now; full English is next on the roadmap.
The course
Each week adds new techniques, then a full session that puts them together.
Who it’s for
Founders, engineers, AI and crypto people: high pressure, long days, and a habit of fixing their state with whatever is closest.
| When you need | What people usually reach for | What Gamma Lab gives |
|---|---|---|
| Morning energy | Coffee, energy drinks: short effect, then a crash | 15 minutes that carry through the day |
| Stress relief | A drink, a vape | A constructive practice you can repeat daily |
| Focus | Nootropics: costly and unpredictable | A free skill once you’ve learned it |
| A mental reset | Meditation apps: passive, easy to drift off | Active, physical, felt within minutes |
Founder
Boris has practised yoga and breathwork for more than 12 years. Gamma Lab is where he brings ancient yogic breathing together with modern technology, to help people keep a high quality of life in demanding times. He is also the founder of HARIF and built the app himself.
“Join in and find your new superpower.”
How it’s built
From an empty repository to a production app with subscriptions in about three months, May to July 2026. Claude Code was the engineering partner throughout: architecture, code, migrations and reviews, with a custom review subagent checking every commit.
Next.js and TypeScript PWA. Installs on any phone or desktop, no app store needed.
Supabase with row-level security on every table and passwordless sign-in.
Bunny Stream with signed, expiring links, so paid lessons can’t be shared.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans, with currency picked by location.
A bot adds paying members to the private club and removes them when they cancel.
Drag-and-drop content editor plus revenue and usage stats.
Roadmap
Breathing is the entry point: the fastest way to change how you feel. The goal is an app that helps people manage their energy, stress and focus every day, in their own language.
The first lessons and the First Contact session are free.
