HARIFPrivacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you give us at harif.co. HARIF is a growth marketing and visual content studio based in Haifa, Israel, working with clients internationally.
1. What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form on this site:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your Telegram handle and company website, if you choose to provide them;
- the service category you select and the description of your request.
We also use Google Tag Manager on this site to load measurement tools. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies, but tools loaded through it may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and record how you interact with the pages — for example which buttons you click, and whether you start or complete the contact form. We use this to understand how the site is used, not to identify you personally.
Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time — manage cookie preferences.
2. Why we use it
To read your request and reply to it — with a recommended next step, timing and a scoped estimate — and to keep a record of our correspondence if we go on to work together. We do not use your details for newsletters or unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
3. Who else sees it
Two third parties are involved in operating this site:
- Formspree — processes the contact form and delivers your submission to us by email. Their privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the measurement tools described above. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Vercel — hosts this site and processes standard server request data, including your IP address, in order to serve the page.
This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.
Beyond these, we share your information only where we are legally required to do so.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where we go on to work together, records are kept for as long as the working relationship requires and for any period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live — in particular in the EU and the UK — you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to us at the address in section 7 and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
